Our AFTERGLOW method uses your own body weight and isometric exercises for a high intensity, low impact workout. Each class uses small, choreographed movements to exhaust your muscles and prompt the famous "Barre Shake".

    Barre

    Improve posture, increase flexibility, and define muscles with Barre. Barre is a method of training inspired by ballet and pilates. Expect a low impact, but highly effective workout to target smaller muscles. Combining strength training with static stretching, Barre focuses on isolating muscle groups through high repetitions with low, or no weights.

    Pilates

    In Mat-based Pilates, each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. Pilates will not only get your heart pumping and body sweating, but you’ll experience total body conditioning.

    Sweat 30

    Is a fun-filled high intensity interval training (HIIT) that adds high-impact, cardio exercise using a heavier weight. This is a FULL-ON cardio, mixing weights and your own bodyweight to keep your heart rate high and challenging your muscular endurance.

    Bend + Chill

    This 30-minute class includes breathwork, long held slow stretches, and a meditation (sometimes guided). Dress comfortably and don't forget your mat, water, and an open mind.

    Core + More

    A high energy class that enhances the mind-body connection using a series of controlled exercises that increase core strength, flexibility, and mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels.

    Sound Healing & Meditation

    We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep, meditative, and mindful state. Sound frequencies are felt physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, making it a vulnerable experience that can be nourishing for the body and mind. We will close with a guided meditation. This workshop is beginner-friendly! Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket & pillow/cushion with. We recommend dressing in warm layers as the experience can cause a change in body temperature.
