Class Schedule

What To Bring:

  • A Mat

  • Grip Socks (available for purchase in studio)

  • Water

  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable working out in and that’s all you need!

What To Know:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before class if this is your first time visiting. We’ll prepare your mat with you and get you set up.

  • Within walking distance there is free parking but please check the signs.

  • Pregnancy Note - We do not encourage you trying your first AFTERGLOW class while pregnant. Private sessions are available to ready you with modifications for class, please inquire. If you have taken AFTERGLOW classes before and are looking to modify, then we ask that you consult your doctor and let your instructor know prior to the class.
